Dear Subrecipients:

Please go to FY27 > Application Supplements to complete the Pre-Award Assessment by changing the status to "Pre-Award Assessment Monitoring Started", entering the necessary data, and after completion, change the status to "Pre-Award Assessment Monitoring Submitted," and subsequently working it through the approval process. Application Supplements must be submitted and approved by the Office of Division Compliance in order for a subaward to be approved. 

Delays in submitting the Application Supplement may result in delays in the approval of your award. Please have all Application Supplements for July 1, 2027 Funding Applications submitted by Friday, May 1, 2026.
