All subrecipients must complete a Pre-Award Assessment prior to being awarded/approved for a subaward agreement. The Pre-Award Assessment is conducted by the Office of Division Compliance (sidcompliance@doe.nv.gov).
For FY25 subrecipients who have not yet completed a Pre-Award Assessment, please go to FY > Application Supplements > Financial Subrecipient Monitoring to complete the Pre-Award Assessment.
For FY26 subrecipients, FY26 Application Supplements have been opened and may be completed at any time; we request that all Pre-Award Assessments for new and continuing subrecipients receiving a FY26 award whose period of performance begins July 1 submit their application supplement by May 1.
If you are unable to open or edit the Application Supplement, please reach out to sidcompliance@doe.nv.gov immediately, so we may update user access and/or troubleshoot.
